You are stronger than any situation. You are stronger than any doubt. You are stronger than everyone else thinks you are, stronger than you were yesterday. You can do whatever it is you want, whatever you decide you are going to do.  Now, what are you waiting for?   

The 5 stages of grief; The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost. Loss can be loss of a loved one (death) or even a break-up from a relationship that mattered to you. Below are the stages. DENIAL Denial is the first of the five stages of grief. It helps us to survive the loss. In this stage, the world becomes meaningless and overwhelming. Life makes no sense. We are in a state of shock and denial. We go numb. We wonder how we can go on, if we can go on, why we should go on. We try to find a way to simply get through each day. Denial and shock help us to cope and make survival possible. Denial helps us to pace our feelings of grief. There is a grace in denial. It is nature’s way of letting in only as much as we can handle. We wonder why black and white pictures capture soul. I think it's cause without color, we aren't drawn to the makeup, or the color of our eyes, or how tan our skin is. black and white captures the innocence on one's face and the hurt they've gone through to feel vulnerable. Life is about those summer days and the sand between your toes and the smiles on your face. It's about comfy couches, rainy days, and those late night talks. I recently i fell victim of a break in and entering which others might call a BURGLARY without even hearing the person break into my house, wait it's gets worse, the thief/burglar made his way to my bedroom as i was sleeping soundly like a peaceful baby. "Give me money, give me money" he said while shaking me in the attempt to awake me. Imagine the look on my face when i woke up to a big, ugly guy asking me for money in the middle of the night. It was one of those moments  where you feel you in a very bad vivid dream, only to realize it not a dream or nightmare...it's a very bad reality nobody should ever go through. A lot was going through my mind, my heart was racing it was surreal. Meanwhile, the crazy guy was pestering me for money and he threatened the life out of me in case i hesitated or made a scream. *signnnn* (adrenaline rush)!!! 8th March exactly 3am was the day i was attacked.
