hey!!!! how waz ya'lls weekend???? mine waz great, it was more of a family weekend coz my brother and his family came over with of course there 4 kids so we had a blast. But just in case some of you had a terrible weekend then don't worry, be happy today is another new day good things migh' happen.

The 5 stages of grief; The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost. Loss can be loss of a loved one (death) or even a break-up from a relationship that mattered to you. Below are the stages. DENIAL Denial is the first of the five stages of grief.
